Geek Goddesses

While she will tell you she's only doing what she absolutely loves, our fist Geek Goddess entry is dedicated to the lady behind the scenes of Gen INC. Elisabeth Vanderveldt, who was also behind the camera and the wheel (we drove 14 hours on a few occasions) at the tapings of ED09 and Infusion and has been busy with her old high school friend Jill Conley, getting Gen INC on the web. Mother, entrepreneur, karate champ, sports coach, community leader, board member, mentor, speaker and "mom's taxi" veteran, Elisabeth never sits still longer than it takes for her to get on to the next task at hand. I'll let the article on her drive for helping young women and girls to realize the opportunities that this industry offers tell her story.
